As we all know, laptop computers come in many different sizes. I must admit that there are so many different options of netbooks, notebooks, laptops and desktop replacements that you can get really confused! Why am I writing a separate post about laptop sizes?
Because choosing a good laptop bag for women depends first of all on the size of your computer: if your laptop doesn’t fit in the bag, than no matter how stylish and practical it is – it’s still useless!

But if you want a real powerful computer, you should choose a model with a diagonal above 12’’. 12 – 14 inch laptops are considered the ideal compromise between weight and power. These computers are not very heavy, being still easy to carry around, but providing you at the same time with almost all the benefits of a desktop computer. It’s pure pleasure to browse the wide range of 12, 13 and 14 inch laptop bags for women. On the online market you can find hundreds and thousands of models of all types: laptop sleeves, laptop cases, laptop totes, laptop backpacks, messenger bags, rolling laptop bags and so on. Finally, if you want a super powerful desktop replacement, than you can buy a 17 inches laptop. A 17 inch laptop bag is, of course, big. But you can still find many available models: totes (they look more like briefcases, but they’re still elegant and stylish), sleeves and backpacks. These big laptops are the heaviest and you probably will not want to carry them with you everywhere. In case you need to walk a lot carrying a big computer, I would recommend buying a 17 laptop backpack. Backpacks are healthy alternatives to simple bags, keeping your spine straight and your shoulder blades properly aligned. 17 laptop cases and wheeled laptop bags are another good solutions for carrying around a heavy laptop.
